Since I am saving for a camper again I have been doing a popular series on my Tiktok called Side Hustle Round Up where I talk about how much I have been making doing side hustles to fund my travel. I’m going to break down how I have been doing saving money in the month of November and my goals for December and how I may change things going forward into 2025.
Previous Side Hustle Round Ups
I made $622.39 in August and September doing side hustles. Did I do better in October? NO! I only made $136.25 doing my side hustles in October. Which was absolutely not great. I did however, make a drastic change that has helped me out quite a bit and you’ll see that in November’s savings.
Do you remember my goals? No, welp, neither do I!
For November I am just trying to make some extra money to help me pay for these new tires on the SUV. I have $300 saved towards them, but they are almost $800 tires.
Okay, so the tires were well over $800. They were in fact, $1200 after everything was said and done. The lugnuts needed replaced because some of them were stripped and the sensor in the passenger front had gone out. Those cost $120 to be replaced. The tires had some rebates, but they were mail in so until those come back I’m sitting here penniless.
- Mystery Shop Goal: I am going to try to complete 1 each week. It depends on what is offered but at least two a month, the ideal being doing one each week.
- Branded Survey Goal: $65
- Reselling Goal: $50

- Cash Stuffing: I have to get back on this. I am going to try for $400 again!
I did really bad in all the categories except Branded Surveys. š I’m just really bad at being on the internet I guess. I don’t even know how to be better at this kind of stuff. Maybe I need to take some classes. It’s just hard to want to spend money and not get scammed. But I did achieve my overall goal is making $100!
Total goal for November is to make $100.00.Trying to keep it small because setting lofty goals didn’t motivate me at all.
November Side Hustle Round Up
Okay, so how did I really do? While it could have been better, I did not do too bad and my overall total for my savings is growing thanks to a change I made. Each paycheck, $50 of it goes into my high yield savings account!

- Subscriptions: $0.00 ($33.64 pending – these are basically in limbo because I cannot seem to hit the $20 threshhold on either site)

Predictions for December
I overspent a lot the last two months and with a road trip to Colorado the first weekend of December for my best friends wedding plus Christmas and my partners birthday, that really doesn’t seem to be on the decline. January should be an easier month but I don’t anticipate doing better in December than I did in November or October. I’m going to keep my goals the same and see how I do – minus the cash stuffing one. That was just silly!
- Mystery Shop Goal: I am going to try to complete 3 in December. That would be one more than November and I have more time at the end of the month to devote to doing them during working hours since I won’t have my office job to go to.
- Branded Survey Goal: $65

Keeping it small seemed to work and I really hit the jackpot with the offer from Branded Survey’s. I made almost $75 from playing a solitaire game so definitely jump on that if you can!
